No. Elaiza is a support tool, not a substitute for professional medical treatment, therapy, or psychiatric help. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency care. See the disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Your health and mental-state data is treated as special-category personal data, processed only with your explicit consent, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Manage Elaiza Premium from your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access continues until then.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email help@purpfox.com. We permanently remove all your personal data from our servers within 30 days.
Email help@purpfox.com with your purchase receipt and a short description, and we’ll help sort it out. Refunds are handled through Apple or Google according to their policies.
