What is Moira?

Moira is an AI-powered mystical entertainment app — tarot, fortune (coffee/palm/face), dream interpretation, “past life” portraits, manifestation, and chats with AI characters. Everything is for entertainment purposes only.

How do tokens work?

Tokens are the in-app currency used to create readings. New users get a starter balance. You can earn more by watching optional rewarded ads, or buy token packs via in-app purchase. Tokens have no monetary value and can’t be exchanged for cash.

I bought tokens but they didn’t arrive.

First, make sure you’re connected to the internet and reopen the app. If your balance still hasn’t updated, email hello@purpfox.com with your purchase receipt and we’ll sort it out.

How do I delete a reading or my data?

You can delete any reading from the History tab in the app. To request deletion of all your data — including any stored photos — email hello@purpfox.com. We permanently remove it from our servers within 30 days.

Is my photo safe?

Yes. Your photo is used only to generate your reading, stored on secure cloud servers, never sold, and never used for advertising. We don’t create a faceprint or use facial recognition to identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I restore my purchases?

Token purchases are tied to your device profile. If you reinstall the app on the same device, your balance is restored automatically. If something looks off, contact us.
