These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Moira (the “App”), operated by Berat Ölekli (a sole proprietorship based in Türkiye). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Moira is an entertainment app. All readings, interpretations, images, and AI-generated content — including tarot, fortune (coffee/palm/face), dream interpretation, “past life” portraits, and manifestation content — are provided for amusement and personal exploration only. They do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, genetic, or genealogical advice. Do not rely on the App to make important decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The App creates an anonymous profile on your device automatically; no login is required. You are responsible for the device on which the App is used and for activity that occurs through your profile.
You are responsible for the photos and text you submit (“Your Content”). You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or any law. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the App’s features to you (for example, to generate your reading).
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Content is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided “as is.” It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and is intended for entertainment. We do not guarantee any particular result.
The App, its design, and its content (excluding Your Content) are owned by Berat Ölekli and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berat Ölekli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is for entertainment and you use it at your own discretion.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and Berat Ölekli only, and not with Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms (such as the App Store Terms of Service) when using the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Berat Ölekli regarding the App.
